Desert Data Recovery is a professional data recovery company based in Phoenix Arizona. Established in 2013, data recovery is all we do and we take pride in being experts in our field. We have a Class 10 Cleanroom on site, full chip-off and micro-soldering facilities, along with the most highly regarded professional data recovery systems available. We continue to develop our skills and keep updated with the latest techniques and equipment to offer our clients the very best service possible.

Our lead technician, Tim Homer, has attended training classes in the USA, Canada and the EU held by Ace Labs, Rusolut, D3 Consulting and Black Fox Microsoldering.

Our clients range from individuals to major corporations, law enforcement, government and even major sports teams, and we receive devices from all over the world. Many IT professionals partner with us for their clients' data recovery requirements and several other data recovery companies send their more complex cases to us. We will always go the extra mile to recover our clients critical data, even in cases where other companies have failed.

Our evaluations are always free and we let the client know the diagnosis and cost of recovery up front. Of course, there is no obligation to proceed with the recovery, after all, only the client knows if the value of the data warrants the cost of recovery and in the event that the data is not recoverable, then there is no charge. 

All data is treated as strictly confidential and we keep a copy of each recovery on file for 14 days so that the client has time to make a back up once they receive their recovered files. After that, the data is securely and permanently erased.
